Taisho Matsuguma

Graduated from Keio University (SFC) in 2015 and joined Hakuhodo. Experienced in a broad range of branding support, from producing communication development—including media, in-store promotions, and advertising campaigns—to brand strategy and purpose-setting, as well as organizational development.

Joined BIOTOPE in August 2024. Currently exploring approaches such as “inside-out branding,” which derives a brand’s philosophy, worldview, and style from intrinsic motivations and translates them into expression and behavior. Also researching the concept of “turtle companies,” which, like turtles, grow slowly and sustainably by carrying a shell of local identity, reducing organizational stress, and aiming for longevity.
