Shifting Between Subjective and Objective
Numbers alone do not move hearts. That realization led to studying visual expression abroad. Believe that insights and actions unique to a team emerge only when quantitative and qualitative, data and emotion, experience and intuition intersect.

Rest and Exploration
Through both practical projects and doctoral research, have realized that boosting creativity requires stepping outside familiar frames. Value spending time in spaces of margin and reflection, which renew perspectives and open doors to small, everyday explorations.
