Behavioral Change Begins with Shifts in Perception
No matter how beautiful the words of a corporate philosophy may be, they mean little without behavioral change. True transformation happens in the shifts of perception that emerge through the process of shaping vision and strategy.

Working with Relationships (Systems)
Approach vision and ideals not as fixed events but as systems sustained by complex causality and interaction. Value the process of revealing unseen connections and new relationships among seemingly unrelated elements.
