Vision Design

The outcome is not just a written statement—it takes shape in simple, compelling visuals, videos, and websites that strengthen momentum both inside and outside the organization.
Philosophy Design
We support organizations in shaping their foundational philosophy—such as purpose, mission, and core values.
Through exploring the past (the founding story), the present (value delivered to stakeholders), and the future (the organization’s ideal state), we uncover the enduring values that define who they are. These insights are then synthesized into a coherent philosophy that guides the organization.
The result may take the form of a written statement, carefully crafted through copywriting, or a booklet that conveys the deeper context behind the philosophy—making it easier to share and embody both internally and externally.
Organizational Culture Design
Organizational culture—the unique essence of a team—is a vital source of value creation. We help organizations identify the shared, often unconscious values that define their culture, articulating them as “values.” We also visualize patterns of behavior as a “cultural DNA model” to bring clarity, cohesion, and direction to the organization. This process helps uncover a distinct model of value creation rooted in the organization’s identity.
To embed culture more deeply, we facilitate workshops based on systems coaching to foster transformation at both individual and team levels.We also express the culture through compelling narratives—such as culture decks—to help it spread organically across the organization.
Business Design
To realize a vision and embody a company’s core philosophy, we support the end-to-end process of business design—from envisioning a unique business model to implementing it in practice.
We begin by identifying the organization’s strengths, environment, and market position to craft a value creation model tailored to the company’s unique identity.
This includes designing domain strategies, business and service models, and establishing shared direction across the organization through behavioral guidelines and management KPIs.
In doing so, we help build a self-sustaining system that drives long-term growth and brings the vision to life.
We visualize how strategy rooted in vision and purpose can be translated into individual businesses and services, strengthening momentum across the entire organization.
Brand Design
Grounded in an organization’s philosophy and values, we design and implement “inside-out” brand strategies that express a coherent worldview and convey the brand’s story with authenticity.
We analyze brand personality using archetypes based on Jungian psychology, define ideal customer personas, and use visual exercises to shape and unify the brand narrative and aesthetic.
This process culminates in the implementation of various brand touchpoints—from corporate and visual identity systems (CI/VI) to the development of taglines and other forms of expression.
Training & Workshop
We offer customized training programs grounded in design research methodologies.
Our 1-day workshops are tailored to address organizational challenges and leadership agendas, covering themes such as vision thinking, design thinking, systemic design, and co-creative facilitation.
We also co-develop intensive, short-term programs—such as Vision Design Workshops and Vision Sprints—designed for specific teams and adapted to your needs and context.
